El Gobierno de Venezuela rechazó hoy ante la embajada de Japón aquí las declaraciones injerencistas del ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de ese país asiático, Taro Kono, en su visita oficial a Perú.
Tras un encuentro sostenido este martes en Lima con su homólogo peruano Néstor Popolizio, el jefe de la diplomacia nipona aseveró que Venezuela debe rendir cuentas a la comunidad internacional sobre los problemas económicos y sociales que la afectan.
‘Canciller Jorge Arreaza entrega nota de protesta al embajador del Estado de Japón en nuestro país, Kenji Okada, rechazando enérgicamente las recientes declaraciones del ministro de Asuntos Exteriores, Taro Kono’, indicó la Cancillería a través de la red social Twitter.
En sus declaraciones, Kono destacó el rol de Perú dentro del denominado Grupo de Lima, grupo de países de la región caracterizado por la hostilidad política y diplomática contra el Gobierno democrático y constitucional de Venezuela.
