El expresidente de Ecuador, Rafael Correa, denunció que la contrarrevolución desde el oficialismo busca destruir el movimiento Alianza PAIS (AP) con la profundización del conflicto interno.
“Esperamos conservar el partido, pero tenemos un ataque brutal, totalmente ilegítimo y con la complicidad de ciertas instancias del Estado”, aseguró en entrevista difundida por HispanTV.
Correa considera que una contrarrevolución proveniente desde el oficialismo intenta desintegrar AP, pero no pierde la esperanza de conservar el movimiento del cual es presidente vitalicio, resalta Telesur.
“Tenemos esperanza. Hay un partido muy potente, 95 por ciento de la militancia (está) con nosotros, pero no ciertos cuadros que se vendieron (…) cedieron al chantaje”.
Además, reiteró que la consulta popular promovida por el gobernante Lenín Moreno es un golpe de estado que pretende anular la reelección indefinida y otros aspectos.
“El presidente con esto se apodera de tres funciones del Estado, además de las ejecutivas. Van a poner un fiscal enemigo, un contralor enemigo para que nos persigan inventándose todo lo imaginable e inimaginable”.
El exjefe de Estado afirmó que el máximo representante de la Corte Constitucional “es parte de este complot. Está en complicidad con (el Palacio de) Carondelet”, sede del Gobierno ecuatoriano.
