La aplicación APK para dispositivos móviles con sistema operativo Androide del sitio web www.correos.cu continúa teniendo impacto entre sus usuarios, destacó hoy el Grupo Empresarial Correos de Cuba.
José Manuel Valido, director de Comunicación Institucional de ese Grupo, confirmó que 39 mil 252 personas descargaron en su móvil la aplicación, creada en octubre de 2016; y entre los países que sobresalen están Cuba, Estados Unidos, España, China, Alemania, Ecuador, Italia, Holanda y Venezuela.
Valido resaltó la encomiable labor desplegada por los jóvenes ingenieros y técnicos del Centro Principal Tecnológico Postal, en el proceso de informatización, creación y desarrollo de software para esa organización postal.
En ese sentido, citó al Sistema Integrado Postal, de cuya base de datos se nutre la propia web y su aplicación APK para dispositivos móviles; ésta última aspirante también al premio del Concurso Nacional TuAndroid.
La web www.correos.cu permite desde cualquier lugar de Cuba y el mundo el acceso a toda la información que se requiera sobre el funcionamiento y los servicios de Correos.
En ella los usuarios pueden emitir comentarios, hacer solicitudes, reclamos y recibir respuesta en el día por parte de funcionarios de esa organización.
También tienen la posibilidad de rastrear los servicios de envíos postales y giros nacionales e internacionales, de correspondencia, bultos y paquetería, y telegramas.
Además, la web cuenta con un rastreador de quejas para informar a aquellos clientes que hayan realizado alguna reclamación a Correos de Cuba.
