En el contexto del XIV Encuentro Internacional de Ciencias Penales que se celebra en La Habana, las fiscalías de Cuba y Bolivia rubricaron este 15 de marzo el Programa de Cooperación Bilateral 2018-2019.
El Fiscal General del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia, Ramiro José Guerrero comentó a la agencia Prensa Latina que la relación entre ambos países es muy cercana y fluida en diferentes ámbitos y más aún con la fiscalía.
“El nuevo programa contempla el intercambio académico y de investigación en el área del derecho, así como el fortalecimiento de los nexos entre ambas entidades”, agregó Guerrero.
El jurista adelantó que a mediados de 2018 recibirán en Bolivia a una delegación cubana para compartir experiencias.
Consideró que el evento de Ciencias Penales propicia el intercambio de buenas prácticas de diferentes estados y legislaciones, y fija pautas en el ámbito intelectual y académico relacionado del derecho.
Mientras, el Fiscal General de la República de Cuba, Darío Delgado, rememoró que entre la mayor isla del Caribe y la nación andino-amazónica las relaciones son históricas. (Tomado de Radio Habana Cuba)
