En Brasilia el acto frente al Congreso Nacional ‘fue un fiasco, reuniendo pocas personas’, comentó la publicación y agregó que en la capital fluminense el grupo Vem Pra Rua no consiguió juntar más que algunas centenas de manifestantes frente al hotel Río Othon Palace.
La convocatoria en la Avenida Paulista, en la populosa urbe de Sao Paulo, ni de lejos recordó los actos a favor del golpe parlamentario-judicial contra la presidenta constitucional Dilma Rousseff, señaló el periódico y destacó que ni con anuncios pagados en medios aliados ‘la manifestación anti-Lula se libró del fracaso’.
En un comentario publicado en el propio diario, el periodista Alex Solnik alertó que la demostración que el movimiento de extrema derecha Vem Pra Rua estaba convocando para hoy ‘no esconde sus fuentes de financiamiento ni su objetivo’.
Al respecto señaló que la protesta en la capital paulista tendría lugar al lado de la Federación de las Industrias del Estado de São Paulo (Fiesp), la misma que ayudó a derribar a Dilma y que en 1989 vaticinó que si Lula ganaba las elecciones ese año 800 mil empresarios huirían de Brasil.
A juicio de Solnik, el objetivo del grupo al convocar a la manifestación va mucho más allá del juzgamiento de Lula; lo que buscan es herir de muerte la Constitución, cuyo pilar es el artículo quinto que garantiza la presunción de inocencia y la condenación solo después de agotados todos los recursos en la última instancia, que es el STF.
‘Si el artículo quinto fuera revocado, como pretenden, estará traspuesto el último obstáculo que resta para la implantación de una dictadura de extrema derecha en Brasil’, alertó.
La Corte Suprema juzgará mañana un pedido de habeas corpus preventivo solicitado por la defensa del ex presidente Lula, a fin de que éste permanezca en libertad hasta agotarse todos los recursos y no ser encarcelado, como dispuso el tribunal de apelaciones de Porto Alegre, una vez terminados los recursos en segunda instancia.(Tomado de Radio Habana Cuba)
